Paul Anderson, once called the World’s Strongest Man, won the 1956 Olympic Gold Medal in Weightlifting. Born and raised in Toccoa, he later founded the Paul Anderson Youth Home in Vidalia, Georgia, for troubled youth. The rebirth of Downtown Toccoa is now a reality! This picture was taken by Jessica Blackwell during the Taste of Toccoa April 24th.
