David Whitehurst and Brian Santoro build elegant and innovative custom homes of the highest quality, workmanship and value. Both sons of homebuilders, David and Brian followed different paths to becoming half of one of the Atlanta area’s most respected homebuilding teams.

An Atlanta native, David spent eight years in the NFL as quarterback for the Green Bay Packers and the Kansas City Chiefs before starting a homebuilding company. Santoro, former President of Motorola Lighting, achieved his lifelong passion of custom home building after David built his personal home and the two decided to join forces.

Whitehurst Santoro Properties utilizes this unique partnership to draw on the owners’ respective talents and experiences.
